07.13.2023 Update to HVAC system noise issue. Jeff S. has such an admirable ability to fact-check the equipment and make a determination as to the problem and how to resolve it. He is so thorough when determining equipment issues. And such a nice person to do business with. CALL VANDERHYDE guys! They're da bomb!
Was experiencing problems with Fujitsu Halcyon HVAC system as to cooling. Due to the heat and constant humidity this summer the system had been running virtually non-stop. Unit is five years in use. Matt took the time to properly diagnose the issue and returned with the parts needed and gave us back our beautiful unit (one of four) to cool things down. We have been very satisfied customers of VanderHyde for six years now and we all feel like family. They also installed a boiler (made in Germany) that delivers! Hot water and winter heating. Highly recommend this family business!
UPDATE: I want to commend Jeff for his knowledge of the heating and cooling systems purchased. He is so pleasant to work with, answers any questions you have, makes you feel like family, and is just a great person in all aspects.

He is professional, friendly, and gets to the job and gives you honest prices. As a senior, definitely appreciate that. I was already sick, so for Jacob to come the next morning was wonderful. Good customer service, responded to my electrical concerns promptly. I was unable to be home for work-related reasons, which meant my wife—who recently had our baby—had to be the one home to deal with the technician. Travis and his partner were understanding and did a great job at walking her through the process. They also did great at evaluating, explaining, and fixing my electrical issues (short-circuited light fixture and outlet). No complaints here!

The technician, Kolton, was also very friendly and polite! I got a text with a picture letting me know he was on the way. He explained things to me very patiently and helped figure out what was the most sensible fix for the issue.
